Our Happy Hormone Avo Toast is the perfect recipe to help with all things hormone health 🥑🫶🏻
Ingredients for 1
1 slice of bread (we used a buckwheat + seed loaf)
1/2 a ripe avocado
smoked salmon
Pomegranate
Pumpkin seeds
Lime
Sea salt

- Mash your avocado with a little lime juice and sea salt until you achieve your desired consistency, chunky or creamy.
- Simply toast your preferred bread and top it with your limey smashed avo.
- Now add your smoked salmon, pumpkin seeds and some juicy pomegranate.
- Serve with some micro herbs, more lime juice and enjoy!
