Our Happy Hormone Avo Toast ⁠is the perfect recipe to help with all things hormone health 🥑🫶🏻

Ingredients for 1⁠

1 slice of bread (we used a buckwheat + seed loaf) ⁠
1/2 a ripe avocado ⁠
smoked salmon⁠
Pomegranate ⁠
Pumpkin seeds ⁠
Lime⁠
Sea salt ⁠

Recipe (You can also watch the video method here)

  1. Mash your avocado with a little lime juice and sea salt until you achieve your desired consistency, chunky or creamy.⁠

  2. Simply toast your preferred bread and top it with your limey smashed avo.⁠

  3. Now add your smoked salmon, pumpkin seeds and some juicy pomegranate.⁠

  4. Serve with some micro herbs, more lime juice and enjoy! ⁠
