Ingredientsâ
50g rice noodlesâ
3 pieces of asparagus â
1 spring onionâ
1 carrotâ
1/2 a bok choy â
Tofu (as much as you desire) â
1 lime juice â
Parsleyâ

Sauce
1 tbsp misoâ
1 tsp maple syrup
3 - 4 tbsp tbsp waterâ
1 lime juice

- Wash, finely chop and prepare your vegetables and tofu. Place to one side.â
- In a small bowl combine your miso, honey, lime, water and stir until combined. â
- Pour your sauce into a mason jar, and top with your veggies, tofu, noodles and a few parsley leaves. â
- You can store this in the fridge for 2 days or eat it immediately by pouring over almost boiling water, stirring, covering and allowing to sit for 8-10 minutes. â
