Our Sleepy Girl Spritz is the ultimate pre-bedtime treat – it helps reduce anxiety, boost melatonin levels and encourages a more restful deep sleep.
Ingredients
1 shot of tart cherry juice
Fizzy water
1/4 teaspoon rose petal powder
1-2 tbsp Frozen berries
Dark chocolate
Cherries
Almonds

- Simply place your frozen berries into your glass, top with a shot of tart cherry juice, rose petal powder and stir.

Pour in your fizzy water and stir again.
- Melt your dark chocolate and coat your cherries in it, place on a piece of baking paper.
- Add a tea spoon of dark chocolate to your baking paper and top with a few almonds, repeat this several times.
- Allow to set in the fridge for an hour or freeze for 10 minutes.
- Serve your sweet bites with your sleepy girl spritzer, now sit back + relax!
