Ruey Recipes: Sleepy Girl Spritz

Our Sleepy Girl Spritz is the ultimate pre-bedtime treat – it helps reduce anxiety, boost melatonin levels and encourages a more restful deep sleep. ⁠

Ingredients
1 shot of tart cherry juice⁠
Fizzy water ⁠
1/4 teaspoon rose petal powder⁠
1-2 tbsp Frozen berries ⁠

Dark chocolate⁠
Cherries⁠
Almonds ⁠

  1. Simply place your frozen berries into your glass, top with a shot of tart cherry juice, rose petal powder and stir.⁠

  2. Pour in your fizzy water and stir again.⁠
  3. Melt your dark chocolate and coat your cherries in it, place on a piece of baking paper.⁠

  4. Add a tea spoon of dark chocolate to your baking paper and top with a few almonds, repeat this several times.⁠

  5. Allow to set in the fridge for an hour or freeze for 10 minutes. ⁠

  6. Serve your sweet bites with your sleepy girl spritzer, now sit back + relax!⁠
